    I've found that magnesium ascorbate (Vitamin C buffered with magnesium) gets rid of muscle cramps very quickly. I'm amazed so many athletes get serious cramps during games, when such an easy remedy is available.

    Too bad that being deceived and lied to by your special person after he moved in with you so he could liquidate his belongings and rental agreements isn’t part of causes for depression. After a year I am finally on the other side and realize that it could have lasted ( our relationship and being “the other woman” longer) so for that I am grateful to be able to be released from this relationship. I’ve spoken to him several times and he could never say he was sorry for hurting me so bad because he wasn’t 😢. He made me dispose of all the clothing, personal objects and things he didn’t want to take with him 😂 That’s because he didn’t want to let me catch on to what he was doing. I had to look up his ex/ was never his ex to see her You Tube channel and see her gloating about their fabulous move to a new state 😂 Thankfully this ridiculous situation would have lasted longer had his “life partner” as she calls herself could have lasted longer. I’ve decided that I don’t need a man to feel whole and complete. I am even happier being single because I can trust myself to have my best interest for me at all times ❤

    In 2020 I was hospitalized after collapsing after exercising . I was rushed to the ER and was diagnosed with PE in both lungs. I underwent surgery to break up the clots and a mesh was installed. They were not sure how the blood clots developed as I had no history of blood clots. This was during the lockdown and I was exercising indoors. Upon discharge from the hospital I was placed on 5 mg Eliquis 2 times per day. In 2021 I started to experience spotting and then light bleeding (I am post menopausal with fibroids). A D&C was performed and it took care of the bleeding for a while. I told my hematologist that I believe it was from the Eliquis but she disagreed. I asked her to reduce the dosage, which she reluctantly did after I threatened to stop taking it altogether. In 2023 I started to bleed again. Another D&C was performed and a biopsy taken in February 2024 to see if there was any other problem (no cancer was detected). A month after the bleeding started again and gradually got worse. May 31 2024 the bleeding got even worse where I went from using pantiliners to maxi pads. Last week it got much worse where I had to use the thickest, longest pad that I could find, changing pads every hours. On June 29, I decided to stop taking the Eliquis and the bleeding gradually lessened and today, July 2, the bleeding has stopped. I was researching how to naturally stop blood clots when I came across this video. I am happy I did because now I understand that blood glucose can cause blood clots. I was prediabetic before the pandemic and now my AIC is 7.1 and I believe this was what caused the blood clots. I was not taking anything for the diabetes but was controlling it with diet and exercise. I just want to thank Ryan for this video and the information because I can now incorporate more of these remedies into my lifestyle. I used tumeric, cinnamon and ginger in a tea and I use garlic in my cooking. I used to make a garlic water, which I will resume making. I hope my experience will help someone. I decided to take my health into my own hands and not solely rely on doctors. Sorry this is so long but I hope it will help someone who might be having the same problem.

    Start grinding fruits and vegetables like in a juicer or NutriBullet add seeds and nut and protein powder etc it helped me so much also walk outside at least 15 minutes a day exercise helps a lot . Drink water

    I now come to your channel every time when looking for sound advice on whatever issue it maybe . Not just for me but for family too. I really like the fact you advocate taking responsibility for a healthy diet and naturally finding the supplements through food first. I know a lot of people with cancer issues right now. Maybe they took government advice a couple years back I don't know and took something. Would you consider doing a vid on CBD oil or Rick Simpson oil.       Never cook or heat it, it will destroy it's enzymes. It's a fermented cabbage, so you just eat it as a side with your other food. 💚

      It's Parkinson's that's usually related with low dopamine, however there could also be a link with essential tremors. The research on this isn't bulletproof with tremors. 💚

      Camu Camu is a wonderful source of Vitamin C, but it's not one of the main things that boosts dopamine. It can however help to protect the brain against oxidative damage.
